Should be a low spends day today. We needto get some fruit and vegetables from the farm shop this morning.

We are not walking to the pub though this afternoon. We have called that off and our friends have decided to cook a curry tonight instead of getting a takeaway.

Not got out of bed yet but can hear the rain on the roof. Not making us feel like getting up!

Home made curry far better than a takeaway mate, did you go last night?

Actually think that van is going to pay for itself unless the frequency of using it is a novelty thing.

We were the same this morning - just laying in bed listening to the rain on the roof.  Up now though and just had a cup of tea.

We needed to come out in the van to return something to a shop in this area so we did that yesterday afternoon because of the forecast for today.  We're going to go home after we've showered and had breakfast which will be a good fry up with sausages.  Just glad we got to the shop as soon as we got here yesterday and don't have to go out in the rain!

At least our dinner for tonight is already cooked so it will just be a zap it in the microwave at home tonight.

No. Still at home this morning. Going to go to the farm shop, have breakfast, get showered and changed and then think about getting the van out of the drive.

It was supposed to be my first time driving it today, but we have decided with this heavy rain that it probably isn't the best idea.

I don't think it will be a novelty thing. We used the boat a lot so no reason to suspect the van won't be the same.

I don’t blame you cancelling the pub, no fun sitting outside in this weather. We don’t plan to go until you can sit inside again.

    Enjoy your visit 😁

No pleasure sitting in the pub in the cold & rain.
