Where you off to in the van mate? Not meant to be great weather for it but I assume you can have a drive out, dog walk and a few films in the van?Cable trailing everywhere doesn’t sound ideal so I get when you’re having one installed.2

We are planning (a soggy) walk to the pub early afternoon and then heading back to get showered and changed before we have a few beers and a take out curry in their garden room.
Not seen them for a long time, almost two years we reckon and then we will have seen them two weekends on the trot3 -

Just had a call from the solicitors dealing with our remortgage. The completion date has been set for next Thursday. Added bonus I must have been a bit out with my calculations of how much was owing as we will be due £1107 back on completion.

Great news - restoring the savings sounds like a good plan as they've been completely wiped. Otherwise I might say pay it straight back off the mortgage.

Nice bit of news for a Friday @RelievedSheff 👍
If there’s no bits you want for the van I’d pay it off the card mate don’t see the point in saving when you’ve got interest baring debt.1 -

Card 3 will be paid off in a few months now so not throwing anymore money at that and Cards 4 and 5 will be put on 0% in the next couple of months as well as soon as the CCJ has gone from my credit file in July.2
