The time away in the van sounds lovely. Can’t wait until we get ours 😀
We are loving it so far. Got a weekend away with friends in their camper for this coming weekend. We are having a couple of nights on a site behind a village pub somewhere near Louth. We won't get there while quite late on Friday night but it does then mean we have a full day Saturday there with them.

The blinds definitely look a bit fiddly!  Suppose we've been spoilt by our current van as it has a thermal electric "garage door" style of front blind which is so easy to use.

If you like pub stops you might be interested in BritStops.  You get a book with a list of places you can stay Free of charge which includes mainly pub stops but there are also other places like nurseries, farm shops etc.  Think the book costs about £30 for the year and you get regular monthly updates which any new places or places that no longer accept motorhomes, usually because the pubs etc have changed hands or closed down.  The current year runs until Feb 22.

Enjoy the weekend with your friends.

Blinds are hilarious how they incorporate the useless rear view haha.

I know Louth area quite well from the old days going to Cadwell when I had a 997. Some good b-roads round that way not great for a massive van though.

    Good luck with the jab.

July......not got a date yet but they said it could be as early as 1st or as late as 31st......I’m half expecting a delay in production with all that’s going on everywhere.
    January spends - £587.58

We have joined Britstops thanks. First thing we did when we reserved the van 🤣🤣🤣

Only used one so far but I'm sure we will make more use of it this summer.

The cab blinds are so fiddly. We have to close them before we have had too much to drink so we don't break them!

I don't think we will be racing round the B roads with the van. Don't want to smash all the cups and glasses before we get there 🤣🤣🤣

We haven't actually used any so far this year but hoping to use some later.  Think they're particularly good for winter as usually make use of the car park.

Definitely a good idea to close the blinds before you've had too much to drink, LOL!  Don't want to be breaking them.

@milann July will be here soon so you'l be able to get out and about in the van.

Have ou got the extended door mirrors that might help. Also a  camera might help if you need to reverse not that I have ever driven a van so it is just a thought.
