All in all making it virtually impossible for BSI to detectOther than via identical text .... and identical spelling errors! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

One of the suggestions that I have made is that parking on private lane and LA car parks should be covered in the test and driving lessons.
I have some young relatives who are learning to drive and I have told their dad to take them into a private car park and explain the terms and conditions and ANPR to them.
The Beavis case was decided by men on very high salaries not young apprentices. I don't want to see them lose a weeks wages.

Has any one had a reply from BSI ... or any one else regarding spam subversion?Ralph1

No reply from BSI but I only clicked on their report button, I didn't use the "Contact Us Online" system on this occasion. It worked for me in the past when I had a technical question and one of their advisers replied - even though it was a week-end.3

I wonder what Sir Greg is making of this? The PPC focus within the consultation is just so predictable and utterly obvious - commenting mainly in areas linked to anything that maintains their income line, really nothing to do with landowner needs (despite spuriously disguised attempts to put them at the centre of their comments), and certainly nothing in the interests of motorists, their very special cash cow.Penalise, penalise, penalise - profit, profit, profit. They don't like the idea of the debt collectors being regulated by the FCA. They seem to think that it can't happen. Definitely against the charge levels (no surprise there). They have bought this on themselves.
