    I see @Castle has provided the info.  On the subject of PPCs skewing the consultation by c&p multiple times, I wonder, when they signed up, what they put down as occupation - admin clerk (parking industry) debt collection clerk (parking industry)......

    exactly ..... section 14.1.1 has nearly 7 pages of the same or very similar comments  ,  a clear case of spaming as you will ever see!

    PAS section 15 10+ pages of spam .... its getting ridiculous the sheer amount. I hope the complaints are looked into properly and it back fires on the scammers
