Morning all,
I was up and out early this morning for my smear test, all done and dusted now. Also popped into the Co-Op, post office and charity shop. Picked up a lovely top for work and an Adidas hoodie for DS. The sun is out at the washing line is therefore full 😜. We need to nip out and do a couple more errands after lunch, then it's packed lunch making and uniforms at the ready!Happy Monday all xx10 -
Hello, me again. I eventually resurfaced at eight fifteen, immediately made the bed so we didn't get back in, and since then I'm dressed, dailies are done, I've walked three miles plus, some with the dogs, some with DH and cut the grass very short out back. Just having a cuppa with a slice of delicious cake I made yesterday. Hedge cutting next which I am genuinely looking forward to.Spend less now, work less later.10

Washing has been pegged out. It's a glorious day. I love autumn and it feels autumny. Fed the birds.
Glad tidings of great joy: DS has got a job. Virtual induction tomorrow and starts on Thursday. Weird shifts but it's a job and money in his pocket.
Happy Birthday to me. If I can get a table at the village pub we are going out for lunch to celebrate. GF job, DS job, me birfday. Why not? I already had the cake(s) this is the icing on top.
That place of their own just got a step nearer in my eyes....

Congratulations to your DS, Round.! Enjoy the triple celebration lunch.
I’ve been flying like a woman possessed.Chutney made and jarred.
Downstairs dusted dewebbed and vacuumed. Various bits rehoused because no one else seems able to.LR windows cleaned after somebody swatted a fly on them just after the last time I cleaned them.
Utility and kitchen surfaces shown the cloth, along with appliances.
WULTD after chutney making, and also cleaned coffee machine and bottom of the oven.
Kitchen floor mopped. That’s twice in 2 weeks, it will be worn out at this rate.
Lunch to be created from leftovers in the fridge to make some room. Then I may or may not clean the bathroom before I have to pick up DD.9 -
Afternoon all
Just having a break from paid stuff for lunch, dailies were done before work and I’ve just fluttered through the house and swished over bathroom, en-suite and downstairs loo. I was awake early again so some kitchen jobs were done this morning as well as wm x1 and pegging out on the line.
Carpet fitter has just arrived, was due at 9! I’ve left DH to deal with him while I have my lunch. Popping off to get my hair cut this afternoon so will get a slightly early finish but may have to work again this evening.
Birthday and anniversary wishes being sent, have a good one x9 -
Dot is having breakdown over school (these don't go back until the 9th so lord knows what state she will be in by then.) Squeak does NOT want to go back and is terrified about high school NEXT September.. Pixie does, she is a peopley person and Twinkle has not been anywhere since leaving nursery on 13th March ***DELETE RANT** . I shall shut up...
Fed girlies and hung out laundry
Bed sheets need changing.. there is a revolting OH print on my sheets.. disgusting!! They are getting boiled to get rid of it and if it remains they will be binned. I can not abide stained sheets!
I need to sort food for the outlaws (still hoping they cancel!)DW on.. greasy oven trays so hot washWM's will be on shortly when peoples bring their smellies down.
Boog tasked with cat trays, Meem having hair minced, Bevan eating all the bread so he can be sent to shop for more
Many happies for all the celebrations going on!!
Loving Tuesdays list.. done it all!

Hedge trimmed, new hedging put in place, planters and suchlike jiggled around, path weeded and swept. Still a whole border to sor5 out front and the drive could do with weeding too but that can wait for another day. I've also walked another three miles with DH. Next I need to move my September list from my head to an actual piece of paper and see if I can cross something off today.Spend less now, work less later.11

Happy Birthday Round. Hope you've had a lovely day x
Happy Anniversary to the Dancecouple. Hope your day, too, has been lovely.
Apologies for lack of list - hope you had twigged on it was the kitchen (so i expect Dizzy's had a day off). Tomorrows list is up.
Finished work a bit ealier than usual, have brought washing in, ironed DS's last few bits as he is coming to collect shortly and I am not sure they have an ironing board yet.
bed in 'the back bedroom' as I shall now call it has been shoved the other direction and cleaned under and behind. i just need to wipe the skirting boards and window sill, shove it back and then remove mattress cover for washing. And put the bedside cabinet back - even though it wasn't finished, though, it smelled so fresh when I walked in there an hour or so ago. Two lots of rubbish have been taken to the bin and the vacuum emptied.
Work has been busy - lots of new edicts to comply with. I have already walked the wrong way down a corridor twice (and the same corridor) and accessed one area by cutting through another two classes - again a no-no.

Squishy birthday hugs for you Round hope it was a good day. Congratulations to DS too.
Pigpen, when DS first came home from Uni his sheets went straight in the bin, and I am not one for wasting things!!! It must be so weird thinking about school, feel sorry for your brood, it must be hard.
Iona I love George Clarke, have just found the NT series, its great.
So, woke up this morning feeling really chilled - which got worse as the day went on until I was sat in my office in my winter coat - thyroid again I guess which is so damned annoying. Lots of paid stuff but not much flying, oh except I changed our bed. Made sweet and sour chicken from scratch and DH poked unhappily at the peppers and pineapple (and there wasnt much!).11
