"sweetsand said:but thanks for the lol's."
And that is the reason they post here, antagonising members for their entertainment.
Stop feeding it and get back to normal quicker.1 -
Where does Overfinch fit into all these??
I've seen a few badged up as that.
Is it purely a styling thing? Overpriced bling? How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between the terms “Land Rover” and “Range Rover”? Land Rover is a brand, and a Range Rover is a type of Land Rover model. There is a further distinction between the specific Range Rover model and the Range Rover lineup (informally known as the “Range Rover family”). The Range Rover lineup consists of four models: the Range Rover, the Range Rover Evoque, the Range Rover Sport, and the Range Rover Velar.
Learn more about the Land Rover vs. Range Rover distinction below, then contact Land Rover Chandler if you have any questions or want to schedule a visit to your Phoenix-area Land Rover retailer.

JLR is the company,
Land Rover is the marque.
Range Rover is a branch of the product tree within that marque of Land Rover.
The Range Rover family is, from top to bottom,
Range Rover, SWB (starting at £83k ish and going upto £103k) and LWB (starting at around £116k) + editions and special vehicles
Range Rover Sport
Range Rover Velar
Range Rover Evoque. From £36,000.
The Land Rover branch is,
Discovery
Discovery Sport
Defender.
https://www.landrover.co.uk/families/range-rover.html here's a link to the companies site.
Here's a picture of an Evoque, notice on the right side of the grill the small Landrover badge? Notice the big words across the bonnet? Range Rover. Here's a picture of the range topping LWB SVAutobiograthy (starting at around £150k). Again, notice the Land Rover badge?
I hope you two can now accept that I was correct all along and hoepfully you now know the difference and have more knowldge about this marque.

That the Range Rover Evoque (from £36k) is a Range Rover?
Judging from the full model line up on the Land Rover website, the Land Rover (cheapest model being Discovery Sport from £36,765) is a more "premium" brand than Range Rover (cheapest model being Evoque from £36,000).
Have you visited Land Rover Chandler recently?1 -

FYI, It's not me that posted it, if you can't tell the difference still about the Landrover Range Rover and the Evoke, then there is nothing more I can do to help you or the other username as I've told you many times and several others have posted now with pictures the difference between the Evoke and the Range Rover and the post I told you to see is the best example of the different cars Landrover makes and modesl and lines.
So, visit the post at Today at 10:51AM and then let me know that you can now know the difference.
Take care.0 -
