Confused with quaranteen rule

I have not read the whole thread but I too am now confused what the SD reules are in what areas.
Is there a site that tells us what is in lockdown, what we need to do etc. Thanks.

This site tells you which countries are exempt from the rules to quarantine:

For all other countries you need to quarantine for 14 days. This site tells you what that means:
