seems kirk hill windfarm are leaving ripple and looking for another company to manage them , will the other co ops follow suit
Disentangling Ripple (the management company) from the co-ops and the SPVs will no doubt take a little bit of time and effort.

Indeed. If it were a straightforward case of selling the assets, it would be simple and there would be buyers, but the assets are already owned so you're looking for a management company to take on what Ripple did, and that was pretty unique. An ongoing maintenance contract to maintain the wind/solar farms should be easy enough, but finding a management company with access to the PPA market for such small scale projects will likely be more tricky.
Do the co-ops have the ability to vote to sell the assets, as that may be a better bet for them given their small scale. There are listed UK renewables companies who could easily absorb the assets, which would at least allow investors to recoup some of their capital - they may even make a profit as they have taken the execution and development risk in building out the projects to operational status.

There's meant to be a Kirk Hill members meeting this week, assuming someone can host it with Ripplinin administration. We might find out then.

It's being set up by one of the co-op directors from elsewhere. Have you not had a new update?

Craig Fatha are doing the same and I suspect all the co ops are doing the same to replace Ripple with a new
    company

I've heard from Kirk Hill. But not Derrill Water or Whitelaw Brae yet.

I have a vague memory of the coop paperwork having a clause to allow them to break with Ripple.
