I've just been reading the newbie thread and is the 25 day wait not for windscreen tickets to keep them busy when processing a NTK? As i already have a NTK should i not just appeal now or is there another reason to wait?

as it is very likely that none of the stores own the land.

OK so ... still follow the advice being given further up ... but now complain the the P/S manager and if he/she says they do not own ask them who does and then .... you know the rest

If you have a NTK then send it anytime without missing the deadline. The advice to appeal around day 25-26 is normally only for an NTD case.
However, you need to wait and see if a landowner cancellation is forthcoming which is probably why Redx advised you to wait before appealing. Some landowners won't play ball if you have already appealed.

For clarification, the board guides are soolin, Crabman, and savvy. User names are case sensitive. I have contacted poundstretcher and they have told me that the parking company own the land
