You cannot go to Popla without a valid Popla code from a rejection by care parking

This is a hurdle race , where you jump each one in turn , you cannot bypass any of them

But a landowner or managing agent cancellation is always best , nip it in the bud , talk to the organ grinder , not the monkey , that is the shortcut to the finish line
Okay thanks, so store CEO > Parking Company > POPLA?

  • just wait for it to be turned down then a simple appeal to popla
"it is denied in full that the driver left the site," Care Parking is put to strict proof that they can identify the driver along with photographs and proof that the person is indeed the one the perusing. Care Park have no evidence that anyone left site, notes from a warden with no real of the driver are worthless"

You need no more then that and ill put money on that will win at POPLA........................
Okay thanks, hopefully it all goes to plan

You cannot assume it was the parking company who was an eye witness, most of these companies lie .... do what Browntrout says, request the proof by way of pictures, then you will know you have a predator going around the car park
Okay, I assumed as the pictures of my car were taken by the company and have only provided pictures of the car not myself or passengers. I will use the template on here and then edit it to request evidence

Do not request evidence from care , it delays the process and runs down the clock , nobody who replied asked you to adapt it or to edit it

Brown trout said wait for it to be turned down , the put them to proof at Popla

The appeal is to get a popla code if the fail to cancel , not part of a war of words

Okay, I have contacted Aldi CEO so should I wait for a response or send my appeal to care parking now?

Have you ever shopped at that Aldi? Is it a regular place you go, but just didn't on that date?

As said above, driver left site claims are easy to beat. A question though - was a ticket placed on the windscreen or was the only contact received through the post?

In which case they actively allowed a contravention (of their T&Cs) to take place ... if they were able to photo a vehicle then they were able mitigate the loss from happening ... UNLESS, I wonder if there's a terminal inside that Aldi where patrons need to enter their vehicle reg to confirm shopping in the store?

Even if so ... the driver was unaware of the requirement to take this action. Also no purchase was made as the items looked for were not available ..... OK, Care - prove that neither of those statements are true, and prove that the vehicle's driver left the site. ;)
