@beamerguy Thank you so much! Still reading all the threads and trying to take it all in.
So just to clarify, i SHOULD write to them yes? Following the steps in the newbies thread? Anything about that certain Car Park that I should include?0 -
save your ammunition for later, just deny the alleged debt and ask what legal authority they have for adding on the fake £60 charge, DCBL wont care about the issues at the car park, they will do what their client has instructed them to do, nothing more, nothing lessemail a SAR to the DPO at OPS attaching copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law, leaving the name , address and date visible but no personal data , to get all their docs and pics etcthis should have been appealed at the time, but too late now, meaning you have more work to do than squashing it on appeal1

There is however only one pattern and that is abuse of process.
YES, write denying the debt and a request for their legal authority to add £60. No purpose in talking about the car park to them at present because if they proceed, they will soon know.

Thanks @Coupon-mad
Like I’m mentioned, I’m totally new to this forum, and I’m really worried about what will happen. I’m in no position to afford court/solicitor fees. I have contacted my local
MP.
After contacting OPS regarding a SAR, they’ve replied asking for the case number and date which I didn’t include in my SAR letter. Is it ok to supply them with this?@Pa@ParkingMad If you have a phone number that I could ring for advice, that would be great!Should I basically accept that I will be going to court at this point? I’ve been worried sick.0
