Hi can anyone help.me please, I also have received a letter from DCBL legal threatening court action. Last year I parked in Wrexham retail park, I displayed my ble badge (I have a son who has severe autism) I didn't realise there was a time limit, my son wouldn't wait while I read any T& Cs, but to be honest we hadn't had the badge long and thought that it allowed parking free of charge with no time limit . Any advice would be greatly appreciated
