I realise that you had booked the collection for today, but PF may have tried to collect on Monday & if you use http://www.saynoto0870.com/ you may find a local number0

This is pants:mad: If on Sunday 9 December I complete home-textiles form to arrange two collections for 13 December then !!!!!! would Parcelfarce want to collect on Monday 10- throw me a fricking bone here:rotfl: :rotfl: . The first day this week I was at home all day was today, that's why I booked it for today. There has been no evidence of Parcelfarce coming any other day by way of a card left, if I had of known that home-textiles use Parcelfarce I would never have used them.

You may want to add Paypal to your list, you can send a Ebay auction you have sold up to 30kg for £10.99 48 hour delivery parcelforce , now while that is a bit more expensive the good thing is you can drop off the parcel at any Post Office so you dont have to wait in all day for a courier you can also have collection for the same price , you print off the labels and barcodes for the package too.
You are also dealing direct with parcelforce so no 3rd parties involved, and it goes straight onto there booking system if you choose to collect and choose a day that suits you
Just done it myself and taking my parcel tomorrow to the post office on the way to work:j0 -
You shouldn't have to be the one who has to chase up these delivery resellers.
When I used Home-Texiles they were incapable of telling me whether a booking I made was processed. The confirmation email looks like a mess and the fact you can pick any day for a collection shows how flawed his booking form is.
Payperdrop only let you pick days that were available, Home-Texiles lets you pick any day of the week for the last 3 months!
Email replies look like they have been written by a 3 year old. It's probably a combination of bad management and parcel force that has created such a poor service for Home-Texiles. I was also not very impressed with the parcelforce drivers refusal to give me a receipt.0 -

The message you received makes more sense than the gobbledeegook he sent me when I asked him why my parcel was never picked up.0 -
Just want to let everybody know how my dispute with MH Couriers Direct has panned out.
Edit: All sorted now, misunderstanding on both sides0 -

I've added it to the main list.
Either from Paypal or eBay select print postage label on the transaction or item0
