Congrats! That sounds promising - we’re applying with Leeds BS having given up on ever porting our mortgage with Platform (long story) so 12 days to offer is fantastic and gives us hope!

For those that have completed... Did you have any further checks on your credit file before you completed?

Here's our timeline:
16 Dec - Dip
... bit of faff while we switch conveyancers who turned out not to be on a bunch of lender panels including Leeds...
21 Dec - full application
21 Dec - hard search appeared on credit report
4 Jan - some further documents requested (confirmation of mortgage payment holiday, previous employment payslips and credit card statements)
8 Jan - valuation survey completed

And now we are playing the waiting game!

Timeline so far:

14th December: Application submitted
18th December: Mortgage declaration signed and submitted along with requested documents
4th January: Mortgage valuation carried out
6th January: Valuation report received, awaiting assessment

Hi all, joining the Leeds forum! I've had a crazy relationship with Leeds, long story really since last year! We are now back with applying with Leeds and currently as it stands:
7th Jan - DiP approved, up to date docs sent and application submitted
8th Jan - Signed declaration
I assume after we signed the declaration we are in the underwriting process (assuming from previous experience). We have been back and forth with our mortgage application for almost a year due to the pandemic and a change in criteria that's caused an issue. We were initially with Kent Reliance but due to search delays and the fact that Kent do not accept search indemity insurance we had to change to Leeds! I had a look at their processing times on their website and all seems reasonable. Hoping we get a quick turnaround time with the process this time!!

Our application was submitted on 21st Dec. I don't know exactly when the valuation was undertaken, but I know it had been done by the 8th January.

i started on thursday. my broker told me it should take 9-12 days if they're happy with the documentation.

Ah.. ok.. I started on Monday Last week. got request for extra docs on Wednesday. Sent on Friday and waiting for any updates now...
