Good luck to everyone. I cant believe Leeds made us wait so long22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor

Any recent LBS applicants? I am now waiting my broker to submit my application. Mortgage applications have been cancelled three times because of A3 rating on EWS1 form (we have balcony). Finger crossed on this 4th application.0

Hi All, I know how nerve wracking it is going through this process in such a trying time. After reading through a number of people's experience, I did think receiving an offer would take forever! However I must say I am pleasantly surprised with how quickly things worked out for me, I am either very lucky or things are starting to speed up! I have heard from different individuals in the industry that things are speeding up with LBS and other lenders. I hope this helps anyone in the process of receiving a mortgage offer with LBS.
