Hi everyone, I applied on Wednesday through MA. FTB shared ownership. Waiting is making me feel sick. Could someone explain the turnaround times to me on Leeds BS website?
I sent off 3 months bank statements, proof of additional income, 3 months wage slips, credit card statement showing as paid in full. Savings statement and a gifted deposit form. What more could they ask me for?0 -

It’s my buyer Soliciator who are taking the mick and I’m totally fed up!22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)

It’s my buyer Soliciator who are taking the mick and I’m totally fed up!Congratulations as you got there at end.My buyer annoyed me by making crap up his offer would expire in 2 weeks so he could get the house quickly giving me a huge worry, turns out he was fibbing and my estate agent was involved I think as his a regular customer. It’s caused a huge distress with the top chain and me. I packed everything 3/4 weeks ago and now I’m always digging things back out like clothes etc . His Soliciator had the cheek to ask another question on Friday when apparently we were talking about exchanging 3 weeks ago
no idea when I will exchange and move and I feel like running away from my husband because he has been asking me every day if I have chased it up, I feel like a migrant lost in sea and no one is coming to the rescue!I started application in August0 -
