The one that has opt out is the hard search that they will have done on the initial assessment of the application. What date did your application go in and what date was the search? Mine were 11th and 15th of September respectively 

Says 14th credit Quotation and 23rd credit search and I.d verification. 

14 was DIP and 22nd broker put application in. 

 

Looks like they are getting round to things a bit quicker now, have you heard anything else from them since? I'm on day 11 now so should be going to the underwriter very soon

Day 11 from the date you applied? Its been 28 working days for us, almost 6 weeks. The 20 day turnaround isn't accurate at all.

Also whenever they ask a question or for more information you go to the back of the queue and the 20 working days resets.

Ah, thanks. I asked because when NatWest did the search in box 1 it says opt in and Leeds said opt out 

natwest had declined so I’m re applying with Leeds this time

Iv not heard anything atm but seems they are doing things a lot quicker now , hope they are accepting everyone without questions and pushing everything forward 🤣. Maybe they are working hard because of new lockdown rules so there’s not new backlogs etc 

you should hear something this week, has your valuation been booked? 

My broker requested mine to be looked at underwriting team 1st so hoping they will accept me 😬

My valuation was actually done pretty quickly, it was done on the 17th so its just the underwriter I'm waiting for

They declined me after valuation. Waisted so much time of mine and caused me huge stress and they still owe me product fee money which they happily took out of bank the 2nd day of application! It took them 10 days after valuation to underwrite it was was rejected due to affordability. Husband is self employed and claimed both grants which NatWest don’t allow and my idiot broker didn’t look into that before! 

NatWest are being hard with all self employed atm Iv heard on here. Iv had to do my own research aswell although I paid my so called broker to do it for me 

Leeds are ok with the grants thank God

15th Sept Application sent 

17th Sept Gift Deposit Form sent

23rd Sept Valuation Appt. Valuation approved  

24th Sept valuation report and docs with underwriters

11th September application in, valuation 17th, and heard nothing since. How do you know your docs were with the underwriter?
