17/08 letter to say initial assessment completed.
20/8 Broker says it will be another week until more communication from Leeds.

Congrats to all that have had their offer. Our valuation was done on 26th and all has come back ok. Our initial assessment went on 21st so we’re expecting to hear if they need any documents by 7th September. I’m really hoping they’ve got everything they need as my husband is working away until mid September.0

How long did it take for the hard copy of the offer to arrive? So was told yesterday we had a offer, can I expect it tomorrow maybe? As it hasn’t come today. Mine came the day after i was told i got the offer. If you ring them they will send you the copy to print and return. In the email they stated that we could of signed, scanned and returned via email if we wanted to.1

Our broker submitted our application at the beginning of June, we have sent 2 sets of pay slips, answered a few questions and as far as I know they have done the valuation but we have had nothing confirmed yet. 3 months is a ridiculous amount of time. Had we not spent about 2500 on fees and house extras I would be at the point where i dont care anymore. Will never use them again that's for sure.1

I know we are an existing customer aswell, 12 years of on time payments, we were not furloughed, didn't have a payment holiday and have 25% deposit0

Just heard from broker. Value fine. Only problem is leeds now wont get to my case till 7th September at earliest. I put in app on mid july. Gutted.0
