However I then found this thread and it has me worrying about missing documents such as proof of deposit - We are getting a chunk from my partners father but didn't see a place on the application for this. Therefore I suspect we will be asked and will need to send the deposit form plus bank statements showing this transaction. To pre-empt this request we thought we would get them over to LBS as soon as possible. Those people that were asked for this, did you email them or was it via a branch or in the post? Any advice would be appreciated as I am waking up every day at 4am frettingWe have had our offer but my understanding is whenever you send anything in it then goes to the back of the 10 day Q. I hope it’s all sorted for you soon!
The now 12 days queue unfortunately

If you’ve got a gifted deposit, Leeds will send you their own form for you to fill in/your donor to sign. I sent my own gifted deposit letter originally but they wanted their own form signed.1

@stampystamp I have found their form on the website
Did you email it back to them though? I am wondering whether to wait or get it in the mail already - My deposit donor is not particularly tech savvy and lives miles away so I want to try and be ahead of the game rather than additionally delayed

I went through a broker so I sent the form to them who then sent it to Leeds. If you are going direct (not using a broker) I would personally send it before being asked just so you can get a head start, I would also print two forms off (or more than 2) and get them signed in the event one gets lost (or they ask for another) and then you don’t have to worry about sorting another signed later on.0

I am not sure either however I know last time it went up from 5 days to 10 days the day after I submitted the requested documents and I still had to wait 10 days. But that could just be because as it says it doesn’t count day of receipt so by the time they had received it it was 10 working days (even though it was by email 👀).0

Arh....I just checked and it’s gone back down to 10 working days so maybe they are catching up now.I am going out my mind and my broker isn’t emailing me back it’s so annoying I just feel like I am left in the dark.1
