You guys have all got the initial pass letter though haven’t you? I never got that 🙈0

I never got a letter either, I was just told by my broker that we passed the initial checks xxstampystamp said:You guys have all got the initial pass letter though haven’t you? I never got that 🙈0 -
Oh that’s a little relief to me! My broker hasn’t told me that but the last time I spoke to her she said she expected if there was any problems they would have rejected it by now (as they have already assessed it hence why they had asked questions).0

Thank you so much, I now see my soft searchInituptomyeyes said:
Where are you checking for hard/soft searches from Leeds? Leeds only use Equifax, If you sign up with Equifax for there statutory credit report, you can update it for free as many times as you like. It does not effect your credit history, only you can see the soft searches. You don’t need the pay monthly report, just the statutory one which is updated in real time whenever you request a new report.nwrigh said:My timeline:
19th AIP/DIP Approved
19th August - Application made
25th August - Find out that my application was lost
27th August - Document check completed
Now with the underwriters and valuation scheduled for next week.
The thing I am now fretting about it that I see no soft or hard searches yet. Which is strange I would have thought? Other mortgage applications I saw a soft search at the agreement in principle time.
you can sign sign up for your Equifax statutory report
no need to click on the big red upgrade now button though!
I am doing this direct and realising the value of a broker. I did this by myself 13 years ago and don't remember any of this stress but then I was 13 years younger too!

what does that mean? It may mean it hasn’t been to underwriters yet so there is no update?nwrigh said:

I’m kinda ignoring the service status these days cos it changes so much and I had such a big freak out last week when I read it was 13 working days and emailed my broker and angered her 😂0
