the questions that were asked were about a couple of standing orders that go out and where a large sum of money came from (refunded holiday)
I never sent proof for any of it.

How long did you have to wait for offer? Was it 7 working days (from when your broker said it will be another week?) or was it 10 working days you had to wait til offer? X

@stampystamp I really can’t believe it. I was in the middle of Marks and Spencer’s school uniform shopping and started jumping around!🤣
we are going to go and see the house again Sunday now. Need to measure up! Please keep me updated on how you get on! I will be keeping an eye on this group! X

I’m so happy for you. Hopefully @king_hins and @hollybryan2013 are next! I will. I’m hoping that my broker will be trying to escalate it due to the fact it’s a question we have already answered. So praying I get an offer soon but doubt it somehow.

When did everyone hear about their mortgage valuation? Ours was apparently done yesterday (26th) but I haven’t heard anything yet. We’re going direct not through a broker x

@tweet86 mine was done last Thursday 20th. Still not heard anything, got told it takes 24hrs to send to Leeds then 7 days for them to look at.  I did hear it was completed though as I phoned country wide who complete the survery for leeds. They attended the property for mine.

@carlyfluck I was re reading through the conversations over the last couple of days and I saw you wrote -

*did Leeds say this to your broker? 

My broker is a company rather than a independent broker so there is a lack of communication sadly so I have to try and second guess everything lol 

I am trying to work out if Leeds have everything I think they do they have so many documents from me and my partner lol x

@hollybryan2013 yeah I was told they had everything they needed. My broker is from a company but he has been really good and got everything up front. The only thing they came back with was the declaration to sign and then the Questions.
