Sounds like you applied just before it got 10 day timeframe. Mine was 2 weeks after.0

Just had my offer from Leeds. 75% HTB mortgage. Submitted the full application on 12th August. Valuation was done on 18th. Offer 26th.0

Congratulations @JRG_4 yours went through quickly. Did you go through a broker? I figure mine might take a while due to being shared ownership/ftb 🤷🏻♀️First time buyer- Shared ownership- 13/7 DIP Leeds- soft search- 20/7 told we got house-21/7 instructed solicitor- 27/7 sales memo and full application- 30/7 hard search- 3/8 mortgage declaration sent- 6/8 told valuation complete
13/08 questions from underwriters
17/08 letter to say initial assessment completed.
20/8 Broker says it will be another week until more communication from Leeds.
27/08 Mortgage approved0 -
Hi, We went through a broker, he was brilliant. He pretty much sent them everything so they couldn’t ask questions after the 10 working days. We sent 6 months payslips and statements, Credit card statements, gifted deposit letter and covering note and also a refund note from TUI as i had a large amount from them on my statement due to my holiday being cancelled.
