Ps. Have you got your keys yet?0

stampystamp said:Ooooh no that’s made me feel uneasy again 😂 . The housing association lady said it was a good sign as Leeds wouldn’t book a valuation if they weren’t happy with our documents (as Leeds are paying for it, not us). That, alongside the broker saying that it would have been with the document assessors the last few days, I assumed that it meant we had passed the initial checks...

I just saw saw your message above, our solicitor called at 11.30 on the 31st to say we had completed, seconds later, the estate agent called and offered to meet us at our new house with the keys!! So exciting 😃0 -
There was nothing in our post
I just have a feeling we will be rejected. Our broker was great but I don’t know how kind Leeds look on credit. Although the payments are always made on time and I have never missed any payment in 12 years, neither has my partner. The payments are easily manageable for us and will still be with our mortgage payments but the amount is quite high on my side (4K). Can’t stop worrying lol.
Ahhh that’s amazing!!! It must be such a great feeling to finally have the keys 😊 When do you move in?? Or have you already started?0 -

We were going to be moving in about 2 weeks because I assumed that was how long before we would get the broadband sorted. I ordered the broadband Friday afternoon, the router was delivered Saturday morning, plugged it in and it’s already activated!! Woohoo, we can move over this week which is great as our landlord is being very pushy with viewings 😐0 -
Thank you! If it’s a rejection then I will be upset but I will take it as it wasn’t meant to be and work on getting the debt down and saving. But this house is perfect so I really don’t want to lose it.That’s so exciting!! Good luck with your move and hope you’re happy in your new house 😊0
