Just as an aside, it used to be possible to buy a one off key to obtain a permanent copy of Microsoft Office. I bought one for my previous pooter after Office 365 expired and I didn't want to buy an annual and repeat subscription. Mine cost about a tenner on ebay and still works fine. I bought a new lappy last year and although 365 was still available, you can now buy a one off download for about £40.
I think so many people were buying the keys from ebay and not paying the 365 subscription that Microsoft eventually decided to re-introduce the one off purchase version.
It may also be possible to but it direct from Microsoft direct for a *cough* "reasonable" price.
Of course if you are happy with Open Office then there is need to pay for anything.

On a technical note, use Libre Office. Has no ties to Oracle, who are a scummy company. It also is vastly more compatible than Office as it can read write and translate loads more formats. Just the interface is a little poor comparatively!4

Have to apply and pay for a plan regarding title deed query1

Guess you need to do that then. Its not usually a lot, and you add it to the costs you claim.

Update from St Lukes.
Basically they receive around £20,000 in donations a year from Bank Park so they are unable to intervene in the matter 😏🤔1
