For example, if you select the Offer on 10th November 2020, it will end on 30th November 2021. I have now spoken to Halifax and they advised my reward will be the 1st of each month provided the criteria is met.0

The reward is not paid until around 12th of the following month.Is there perhaps a lesson to be learned about relying on misinformation from Halifax customer services staff vs reading the actual published offer information?I know people have warned that Halifax staff may monitor these threads, perhaps it would be a good thing if they did!

The switch T&Cs state "The offer will be paid directly into your account by the time your switch has completed and will appear as a cash credit". Nothing about 7 days after the switch is completed, or 7 days after the switching process started. Many people, incl myself, had their bonus paid before the switch completed. There appears to have been a hiccup with those whose switch completed on Friday August 14 but from posts of people affected, it appears this has now been rectified.
The switch offer is entirely independent of the Reward offer (and there has been a separate thread about the Reward offer since March 11). It is simply untrue that you do not qualify for a reward for August if you start your Reward during August [and meet the conditions obvs for every day you can possibly meet them during August]. As masonic has already posted, there is even a specific example in the Reward T&Cs about this situation.0 -

Don't worry, as long as you have met the requirements you will get your incentive payout.1 -
Switch due to complete today (17th) - and account shows this is now done - but no £100 yet, despite the T&C saying it "will be paid directly into your account by the time your switch has completed"

This echoes the reports of no £100 before switches that completed at the end of last week.
Halifax seem to be a bit behind with their processing of the incentive.0 -
