Parking Charge Notice - Do I have grounds to appeal or not? Please help.

Yes it is, ok perfect, I will appeal now as the HIRER.

Sorry, one last question, do I select I was not the driver of the vehicle or select Other as my appeal reason as all the other appeal reasons are not relevant?

You cannot truthfully choose the first of those two options, can you?

Choose 'other'.

Thanks, Yes, I selected Other as that is the most relevant one. Appeal now submitted, will keep you guys updated .

ITll be rejected
Then you appeal to POPLA under the HIRER grounds, and either PE concede or you win.

So I have today received the expected rejected appeal email from parking eye based on the fact they are saying that the hirer hasn’t submitted enough evidence that they didn’t break the parking rules and that the car park is for hotel patrons only although said hotel was completely closed due to Covid-19. Is it still worth appealing to Popla on the grounds that they took months to send the hirer the parking charge notice? Please advise, thank you.

Thanks but I don’t want to appeal it if the appeals gets rejected for some reason as will miss out on the discounted rate that they provide for 14 days?
