Give them a call or e-mail MARKOS72. As I said in a previous post, I received confirmation by letter in the post from the fos. Not heard anything since mind, I agree that they are very busy at the moment, this is a good thing as it shows how many customers are complaining about the Predators.
Misuss just called to say a letter had came from the FOS,they're awaiting further information from QQ,and an adjudicator will be in touch in due course.

Just for note, it takes around 2 weeks for an adjudicator to be assigned to a case. I'd ring them 2 weeks to the day after you put in your complaint. Its then taken just under 6 weeks for my QQ complaint to go from first speaking to the adjudicator to QQ confirming and agreeing to her proposal.

However I'm guessing they are possibly swamped now, so this time line is only going to get longer

Hi Guys, I wanted to pop by and just get some assistance

Quick quid have replied, fairly quickly to my self and offered a final response of

I asked them for for a refund of roughly £200

all entries removed from credit file
Dear quick quid, Thank you for replying.

to understand further you intend to offer me back £174.00 as a refund. to which I am willing to accept as part of a resolution.

in regards to the account going to Mckenzie hall. They sold my account to the PRA group to which I raised a separate complaint with via the credit reference agencies.
due to the default they posted on credit file being incorrect and this was removed.

This caused me a lot of issues and stress regarding credit and affected my ability to get credit or the potential credit at the best rate possible.

I would consider a fair offer of

    £174.00 refunded to my account

I would like all loans removed from my report. due to the fact I had multiple entries for other payday loans and late payments during the times you issued the loans to my self.

I would appreciate the above as a gesture of good will towards my self.

If we cannot come to an agreement I will raise with the FOS and seek the full amount + 8 % interest and all entries to be removed.

I also understand the FOS also charges yourselves around £550 per complaint and this can be quite protracted.

like yourselves I would like a quick resolution to this.

I feel I am being fair with my request.

Has anyone had any success with putting in a complaint with cash genie? I've emailed them several times but they never respond. I phone them and they said I wasn't due a refund under their redress scheme, however I can see a good case under unaffordable lending. If anyone has had any luck with them how did you go about raising the complaint.

how long ago did you complain g212121 ,

if it's over 8 weeks and they have not acknowledged your complaint you can complain about that as well.

if they discussed it via the phone and gave you that answer that to me sounds like a full and final statement.

    raise your complaint to FOS.
complain about their lack of response and complain at the same time about your unaffordable loans

WDA complaint not upheld :( apparantly its my fault for not ringing them the moment I knew I was ill and they froze the interest and charges 6 months after I first told them I was in difficulty so therefore they treated me fairly! Huh! No write off despite me telling FOS the loan is unlikely to be paid due to my circumstances and I have no assets and no income aside from state benefits.
It's gone back into collections with WDA but they 'won't chase me aggressively for it' Five minutes after the email arrives, phone call from WDA. Told them flatly what the situation is and no money to pay it. They were under the impression that I had only been having investigations for cancer but they were very flatly told no, I've had it and not had the all clear yet. Was only then they told me they could consider write off is policy would be not to attempt collection in a case like mine. Not happy at all though!

    Hello everyone.
So following the FOS decision I got the figures back from Wonga regarding the refund, just a few pointers to help you guys out when it comes to your turn.

    1. The amount you will get offered back is the principal sum plus the interest (if that decision was given to you) the interest only is subject to income tax deduction so the final amount will be slightly less than you work out.

    2. If you have changed your bank since you used them make sure you have either a statement or your card close by, the FOS adjudicator will need this to pass to Wonga, apparently this is to verify the account.

Number 2 is quite important, if you don't have that to hand that will delay the pay and in essence when you've agreed the amount there is nothing to gain from a delayed transfer due to confirming the bank details.
(I'm not sure if this is the same with other "lenders")

Personally having to veryify the account I've asked them to move the money to is BS, why would I give them someone elses details ? Anyway that's that, its taken 5 months but it's a small price to pay when you look at the bigger picture.
    Starting Debt - £3082.10 - 02/01/16 / Current Debt - £951 - 5 Defaults satisfied
    January total £663.10 - February total £302.18 - April total £1165

Hi sorry to hear about your situation.

    the fos is an adjudicator,
I'd consider taking it to the Ombudsman above the adjudicator. let him decide properly.

it's only time that you'll lose with this.

how much was the loan for and was it rolled over numerous times and did they consider your circumstance correctly at the time of the loan.

you can complain about the loan if this was case and raise a new complaint?

I get the feeling the way you possibly worded the complaint did not show the unaffordability aspect.

all my loans and complaints are based around the credit procedures being performed at the point of applying and weather in reality I should of been allowed to roll over multiple loans repeatedly.

(lots of late payments and defaults on my credit report) i've spent quite a bit of time complaining about this and have had success in getting them removed.
