Yes just had a look, well I've sent my first email off to Sunny.
I've also realised that peachy and wageday were letting me take out loans via logging into my account area where it says ally again, they were declining me when I was applying via the full website and not logging into my account.!!!

Well I've sent off 4 emails complaining to - wageday, peachy, sunny and pounds to pocket!
I've had a response from peachy but I'm guessing it's a automated response advising they will look into my complaint and to give them 8 weeks!
    Ill wait for my responses!!

LMJ, I would say that you have more hope with the recent ones than the early ones, but worth a go on all of them. Have a look to see if Peachy or Wageday ran credit reports, because if they did they should have seen evidence of your DMP. If so, they definitely shouldn't have lent to you. Sadly some of these companies hide behind the fact that they don't need to do credit checks.

I'm loving that a lot of people are getting money back on these loans. I myself got into a bad spiral, maybe taking out a total of 15 loans. Some I paid off the following month but immediately or within a few days borrowed the same amount. ...ie the max of 500-600. Some I rolled over which was allowed and then when I paid it off I was banned from taking any other loans. More recently I have had three payday loans which I have very recently paid off, in fairness they all stopped interest and a payment plan for each was arranged.

Based on this very brief synopsis, does anyone know if I'd be entitled to refunds. My loans were with wonga, sunny, quickquid, satsuma and unclebuck

Still not having any joy. Got a snippy email off FOS today saying that I haven't paid MyJar £400 in interest and charges, but £85 and there's 'no evidence' to say I have paid £400! So I sent a snippy email back with a screen shot of the statements they sent me which shows one charge alone at £86 saying here's some evidence for you! MyJar attempted to feed me the same rubbish they've fed the FOS and I told them I wasn't standing for it. I told the adjudicator that I was unhappy with the tone of her email and that I'm unhappy with MyJar as well as she says they have been fair! She wants a copy of my credit file (fine, no problem) and 12 months bank statements (again, fine, no problem, I have them) but I get the feeling she's already made her decision

Well I had my final response from peachy today - very quick considering I only sent the complaint yesterday - they are having none of it highlighting out points that my figures I put in the affordability tabs when applying! Also they are standing firm they did the correct credit checks, and because I have paid 5 loans off in full and on time they don't believe this got me in trouble!!

So I guess I should send my complaint to the FOS?
They clearly hadn't done the correct credit checks due to me
Being on a DMP also just because I paid the loans off in time doesn't mean they didn't cause me financial hardship! Also whoever wrote the email kept 'advising' me that I still have a loan outstanding and that I haven't made any payments!!which I'm fully aware off!
I don't hold out much hope but won't hurt sending it off to the FOS!

Joe10 - it seems like your situation is the same as mine - my complaints were they shouldn't of lent to me in the first place due to my credit score and they have now got me into financial trouble not having much luck but o didn't expect the companies to back down straight away.

LMJ10 - Send it to the FOS. You might get something from it, you might not. Either way you will cause Peachy a lot of disruption and they will incur a £550 FOS charge.

So far I have recovered over £5k and cost the payday lenders over £7k in FOS charges. I take immense pleasure in knowing that they have lost so much money. It doesn't make up for the years of stress and the total destruction of my credit file, but it sure helps me sleep at night.
