Well done so far fusionx212, just keep going. I am at the adjudicator stage after QQ and PDUK offered nothing but BS. I can wait longer than these Predators, if anyone is successful please write or e-mail the FCA regarding how long your complaint took and how the PDL ignored you for weeks or months. If thousands of complaints go to the FCA these predators will be in big trouble and hopefully their licence to trade will be suspended or revoked.0

Dealing with Quick Quid was nothing but painful. they say they'll call you back then you never get a phone call. the tone of the phone calls is a joke. trying to talk me like im a kitten killer or something. it was laughable.. noted they are an american complaints team also.
emailing them is just as painful.
I'll keep going at all of them.0 -

quick quick offered to delete the loan from my credit file as well as recall it back from the debt collectors.
I said this was not acceptable as I had paid the loan off with the debt collector already so whats the point in recalling it back
I said why would I accept an offer that does not benefit me in the slightest.
they dug their feet in so that's gone to the FOS. screw them I was willing to accept a reduced offer from them as well.
still chasing Wonga, I have been phone and emailing them and they have said I'll have my final response by the 7th of june. hmmm we'll see on this one Wonga is my strongest complaint so I'll keep going on at them.
myjar gave said I earnt over £3000 quid a month. I haven't earnt anywhere near that amount and argued with them that they should of seen multiple pdl's and defaults as well as late payments listed on my credit report
they also said I'd paid back loans early with out evidence.
They gave me what looked like their final response. with out the FCA and ombudsman escalation listed, to which I pulled them up against they have not replied via the correct channels. in which I opened my complaint up with them (resolver.co.uk) so I've complained to the FOS.
Sunny Have responded once acknowledging the complaint refuse to answer my emails for updates. they have a bit of time left.
bit of topic, but I decided to look into all of my borrowing over the years,
I had loans via stores etc and it appears there is a big hoo ha around HSBC not informing customers of the ability to pay back loans early. so if you've had a loan or a store loan from 2008ish onwards you have a strong claim to request they repay you all interest and fees you incurred on your accounts.
I probably paid about £700 interest and some extra in fee's etc.
I also have noticed Anglian water have decided to add myself to my wifes water account because I spoke with them. obviously a bit niche here but i have a case with OFwat open about this as it's added negative information to my credit report even though the account is not mine.
i'd make a suggestion on checking your credit files as it's against financial guidelines.
and that's all of my complaints listed so far.
successes for me
peachy £450 back plus all loans removed
Santander Default removed + £250 compensation for a default with out a letter
these are all stemmed off of me sending letters to these companies saying I was unhappy with how they have operated etc.
hi Fusion im dealing with peachy at the moment they have refused any refund how did u get on with them?0 -

I had to approach the fos, with them as they said they leant responsibly.
I sent the fos my credit report showing the times I had my loans with them
I argued that the debts were from 2013-2014. which showed late payments etc.0 -
Just an update on mine
QQ has been with FOS now for around 5-6 weeks and no update as of yet
Wonga, Sunny, PDUK, !!!!!!!!!!!!! and P2P all referred beginning of this month. Had a few emails from FOS today
Wonga and PDUK have yet to even give me a final reply to my complaint which I made beginning of March... fun fun2010 - First ever competition win = Creme Egg Keyring0 -
We are more patient and determined than these Predators, keep going RingoC0

Do the PDL companies get charged when the adjudicator looks into the complaint or is it only when it gets passed up to an ombudsman?
Also, am I right in thinking QQ won't reply to the adjudicator until the very last day of the time frame he gave them?0 -
Sometimes QQ are not responding at all to the Adjudicator, you win if this happens usually. Not sure how the PDL are charged? however the PDL are selling peoples names and e-mail addresses to loan companies and getting a bit of profit from this, you will notice if you complain you will be inundated with e-mails from lots of loan firms.:cool:0
