Adjudicator contacted me today to introduce himself and request my latest credit report.
Unsure how to save and download my credit report from Noddle and Clearscore-think I managed the Noddle one okay by saving the webpage-anyone help out?
At least there is progress now :)

Hi MARKOS72, I just went on line paid £2 to Experian for a on line e-mail credit report. I will forward this to my Adjudicator once Received. Bank Statements are on the way from Halifax, 4 years of them requested, these are free.

  • Currently on week 21 with payday express, still sending me the same email about them having a heavy workload etc and unable to provide me with a timescale as to when my complaint will be resolved.

I passed to the FO last week, should have did this weeks ago instead of giving them more time.

Anyone had any luck with express?

Hi illegally_blonde, I can not remember reading any successes regarding Payday Express. Once one person gets a payout then the floodgates will open, think the PDL hold off paying out for as long as they can.
  • Hi illegally blonde 16 cases have been upheld by the ombudsman since may last year with payday express.
This doesn't include ones that were upheld and settled by the adjudicators
  • "Payday loan complaints have almost tripled in the course of 12 months, from 1,157 to 3,216"

I expect a lot more now that people are aware of DebtCamel and this Forum, like I said this is the Tip of the Iceburg. If and I repeat the PDL had just paid out straight away this would not of snowballed. It is because the PDL have treat us with contempt and have tried to buy off people with small financial offers that they will now Reap the Wind they sow.

Still not getting very far. My adjudicator was really funny with me about the credit report for MyJar- I think she's going to regret constantly demanding my 'full, up to date credit report' when she recieves the 32 page Experian report I've sent her :D used up all my printer ink that did :D
Awaiting an adjudicator being assigned for PDUK/ Express. I did notice Sunny has vanished from my credit file and there's been no further contact from Motormile so I guess they've gone ahead and wiped all traces of the loan anyway despite me telling them I'm taking it to FOS. That's also awaiting an adjudicator.
WDA are still expecting I'm going to pay them- I've sent all my medical documents today basically saying they haven't got a hope in hell. FOS washed their hands of that one, wish I had escalated it now- never mind.
Money Shop's time is up next Friday but I'll give them an extra week because I'm in the middle of my uni exams at the minute and have barely got time to breathe let alone anything else :D I was up until 3am this morning printing stuff and putting it in envelopes for various people, the FOS being one of them- the FOS who gave me seven days to get a years worth of bank statements to them! When I said that wasn't happening as I had to wait for them she then said one extra day as I said it would be 7 days for them to arrive. I politely said no, I had an exam on the day of the deadline she had given so couldn't send them until the day after which I have duly done- she gave me until Tuesday which hopefully will be long enough.

We used money shop to cash cheque then they held the cheque and we had to take another one in the next month before they cashed it. This went on for some time but was around 10 years ago, I assume we are out of time to be making any claim?
