Not sure about this one DebtFree, I have read some people have been asked and some not as you have stated. I have 4 years of statements so I will supply them to my adjudicator.

Do you have any legs to stand on if you gave incorrect figures in your application for a loan, I never lied regarding my salary I just didn't include previous loans I had.

I thought that when performing a credit check they were able to see that you had other loans? My credit rating was "very poor" when I applied for these loans too.

My adjudicator hasn't asked for bank statements yet.

I don't know if I should or not because they could claim that they were the victim of fraud due to me lying on the form and it could make my situation even worse.
I would be happy for them just to reduce my repayment amount, they are crippling me as I am unemployed at the moment.

Not true about fraud, that is a scare tactic used by one PDL, just get your complaint in.

I imagine a lot of people would not have been honest about their finacial situation.

I put in a complaint to the FOS, aparently you should contact QuickQuick about it first but you would just be wasting your time doing that.
I said that I was happy to repay what I had borrowed and not the interest or else a payment reduction They probably will have sold on my debt to a DCA within the month so that would complicate things even further.

I borrowed £350 from them. I have paid back £162 so far.

I was originally meant to pay £429 for my final payment in June, when I told them that I was unemployed they reduced this to £279 but I still can't afford that amount.

I also took out a £150 loan with Wonga when I had 3 loans ( I did not tell them) I owed £234 including the interest, I currently owe them around £160 however they have put my account on hold for 38 days.
Wonga kept rejecting me in the weeks leading up to accepting me which was strange.

One thing that baffles me is when the pdl company's say they carried out a credit check and provide a reference. Surly if they had carried one out they would see the existing loans, defaults, late payments many of us had?!?
