The adjudicator has given QQ until Tuesday to accept or decline his recommendations.
When will I hear from the adjudicator, does anyone know?

As I have said before QQ ( slowquid) think they can ignore the FOS, They can not ignore the Ombudsman if it goes that far. I want people to e-mail the FCA and tell them what the complaint service was like from QQ, if enough people complain the FCA can stop QQ from trading.

I have very little details of when or how much and they probably wouldn't have the details still. It was around 10 years ago. Thank you

The Money shop in particular, has been using the Limitations act, no less, as a way of avoiding dealing with historic customer complaints recently.

That would suggest that 6 years is the maximum you can go back, and get any kind of positive result.
