this is where they are falling down, automated systems are not an accurate review.
you're measured by an algorithm0 -
QuickQuid are still actually emailing me promo emails offering me 10% off loans even though I have told them of financial hardship about 2 months ago0

Has anyone complained to amigo loans? Also around the same time I had these payday loans I had very constantly upping my credit limit without me asking is it worth me complaining to them too?0

Yes you can complain about Amigo loans, go ahead.G21212.:cool:0

i've complained to very and little woods who also added £1000 credit onto my account without any consideration of my financial situation.
they haven't been very helpful at present.0 -
What did you say to them in your complaint and ask for? I'm sure it was around 2013-2014 my increases0

Satsuma (Provident) made an offer on the first of two separate complaints on 4th May. They have not been in touch about making a payment to me for this. I have informed the adjudicator who arranged the settlement and will be escalating the issue to the FCA. If enough complaints come in about the way they are dealing with complaints we could cause them some operational disruption as well as the financial redress they are having to pay.
If they keep missing deadlines, email the FCA. Hopefully we can get their licenses suspended.0 -
Seems the Payday Lenders (QuickQuid for me) are playing funny !!!!!!s and passing on our email address, I woke up today to 165 emails offering all sorts of credit. Several members of the Debt Camel website have had the same.
Strange how i received my final offer from QuickQuid yesterday (joke offer, sent to FO) then that happens.
Took me a whole 3 seconds to select all and delete. QuickQuid you make me laugh.0 -

it's happening a lot with the spamming I've had a few recently.
i've chased wonga up today as they are just short of 8 weeks they have notresponded to my emails for the last week and they have said they sent an email on the 10th may asking for 4 more weeks. which i did not receive. I am a technical person so when a company says they sent me something and they didn't I have the ability to prove if an email has been sent to me or not.. and wonga did not send one.
they've told me that they will make a decision and update me with an email later today asking for 4 more weeks. but I am not going to wait for them to waste my time. it'll go to the fos.0 -
