Response from Safetynet credit AFTER I referred to FOS.
Write off of the current balance of £1400
Refund of £1968.00
Credit file marked as fully satisfied.
Happy with that one.
Peachy PDUK PDExpress and Uncle Buck still with FOSEveryone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0 -
Lots of good news coming through here people. I absolutely love it.
Debtfree - My P2P and QQ complaint was upheld by the adjudicator a few weeks ago. The only aspect of it they argued was the additional compensation which the adjudicator felt I was owed based on the way they had handled my complaint. In the end I was happy to for go this amount as it was more than I expected. It took about 2 weeks for the cash to come through, but would have taken longer if I hadn't contacted the person in charge of their parent company complaints. I would recommend sending an email to foscomplaints@enova.com as soon as the offer is agreed, that may speed up the payment process.0 -
Great results guy and girls, QQ and PDUK seem to be buckling under the pressure, loads more success to come I think, including me hopefully. Be Patient guys/girls.0

I sent a copy of the credit report showing 12 defaults at the time of lending and the adjudicator acknowledged but she said that would have no bearing as payday loan companies weren't required to credit check!!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Adjudicator has asked for interest and charges to be refunded from QQ & P2P unless they provide any more evidence?
What evidence would they provide that they haven't all ready?
Worried now they may not comply0 -
Wonga have come back after 14 weeks with an offer of £11 + £50 for the delay. Off to the FOS I go...0

Hi all - great refund news!
Could someone help in advising me if I have a case to get refunds?
I used Wonga about 3 years ago paid the loan off - I actually can't log in to my account as they wont let me now so I can't get my loan details.
2 years ago I used Pounds to pocket and Sunny and after failing to beable 2 pay back these loans it drove me into my DMP
Pounds to pocket I leant -£1145 they froze my balance at about £1350 so about £200 worth of interest and charges
sunny I leant - £250 and they froze my account at £600 so about £350 worth of interest, I'm still paying these 2 loans off and they have defaulted me.
Unfortunately I have fell back into the payday loan trap and stupidly against my DMP took more payday loans out - wageday and peachy loans have let me take about 5 loans out one after each other even 5 minutes after paying 1 off I am now at that point where I can't pay off and probably will have to put these into my DMP (if allowed)
Does anyone think I have a case to complain to any of these company's to claim back money or write off the debt?0 -
HI LMJ10, Follow the process as stated in earlier posts and complain. STOP using these predators.:cool:0
