I got a response last week from WDA, initial complaint was 7 weeks ago, chased it up with 2 phone calls, they in agreed to refund £2.2k very happy with this, money was in my account within 2 days.
Payday express: still chasing, they must be inundated with complaints as when I phoned last week they said they are looking at 12 weeks to deal with complaints.
Peachy: rejected my complaint, said they carried out checks etc, £220 loan, I repaid about £500, haven't done anything further with this one.
Sunny: sent me a statement of account, similar to peachy, not a huge amount so not sure whether to pursue as I only rolled it over a few months then they sold it to a debt collector, I've since repaid them.
I had loans with Wonga, PDUK but I only rolled them over once or twice as by that time I was in such a mess With all the loans that a family member paid them all off for me so I don't know if I could pursue these as they weren't constant rollovers like some of the others I had?
QQ: emailed them last month and asked for statement of account & they gave me an address to write to! I think I paid them about £800 in interest then they sold the balance to a debt agency and I'm still repaying them at £20 a month.
Minicredit I think they have went into liquidation so no point emailing them, I must've paid these guys interest amounts similar to pd express and WDA around £2k.
These forums are very helpful, good luck to all in the same position as me!0 -

For Minicredit, complain to Opos complaints@oposlimited.com . Opos are taking the complaints and then passing them on to their sister company KapamaFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hello All
With regards to Minicredit/Kapama - I had a complaint with them - was told there is nothing they can do at all regarding previous interest and charges on repaid loans as Minicredit is no longer trading - they can only deal with the outstanding loans which have been sold to them so won't have any luck there I am afraid
Backed up by the FOS lady I asked on the phone - she said as it is no longer trading they couldn't do anything for me0 -
Yes dizzyexponent1, Minicredit ran off back to the USA I think once the regulator started investigating these PDL.0

Hi all
I've fired off emails requesting account statements. Ive found partial bank statements and several emails indicating that despite telling some of the PDL's I was having cancer treatment and off work on half pay they didn't let up taking payments and/or extending the loans. I've also found evidence of a very nasty situation with Sunny where they cleared my bank account on Christmas Day despite me supposedly being on a payment plan. Will I need to send them evidence of my illness as I will need to request it all from the doctor. I have had multiple loans with many companies so I'm hoping at least one will play ball.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
I think you are almost certain to have a watertight, open and shut case against the PDL. If you end up going to the FOS with any complaints I think the FOS will take a dim view of the behaviour of some PDL. Go for It Mrs. Ryan0

Hi All,
I'm currently in the process of receiving statements from various companies. I received my Wonga statements today - but i'm wondering how I should proceed with my complaint to them. I had the remaining balance with them wiped in 2014. Can I still make a complaint regarding the older loans and reclaim the interest, etc?
Sorry if this has been discussed before and i've missed it!

Hi Dondons, yes you can reclaim even if you have had a payout from a PDL. Checkout DebtCamel website for posts re: your question.0
