I think the £550 referral fee is beginning to affect the response of some of the smaller PDL.
  • Vivus, who I had a long standing loan with, who disappeared off the face of the earth, are now apparently up and running again, so going to fire across an email to them and see what happens.

Still waiting for a response from Wonga.

Yes boatdweller, Vivus back up and running. Go for it, I am surprised Wonga have not been in touch with you as they have been dealing with complaints very quickly.

Received a account summary from quickquid today, only took 2 days which is good.

Also received an extemely detailed response from Mr Lender this afternoon. They basically denied any wrong doing but were willing to reduce the debt down to the principle amount. Was thinking of accepting but started noticing some things in the email that were factually wrong so fired off another email to them.

Hi adzesc, Mr Lender often make the same offer at first, if you are not happy tell them, they will probably up the offer. QQ sent my accounts info after two days then they try to ignore your complaint. Expect at least 12 weeks with QQ,PDUK and the FOS.

Delete, QQ sent an email to my old email address at the same time as sending the account info. It was the questionnaire i've seen posted several times. How does everyone feel about answering these questions? are we required to?

I sent an email back stating that they should have all this information on file from when i took out the loans and them asking suggests that they did not have the information to make judgement on affordabilty.
  • If you have bank statements showing you could not really afford the loans then send them, the FOS will want to see them anyway, it may speed up your complaint.
  • New E-Mail address for PDUK for your complaints, cet@dfconline.com

Hi Justinsrival, Did you have loans with PDUK, Ladder Loans and Pounds to Pocket, if so I think you have a excellent case as all three PDL are part of Dollar Financial who paid back 15 Million Pounds to customers last year.:D
