Hi All, I have just received a E-Mail from PDUK, the usual bumph then they say they will try and deal with my complaint within 4 weeks( Not on Your NELLIE ). I have E-Mailed them back and asked for a Statement of Accounts for the 4th Time. Will post once their Final Response team gets in touch.0

I just got 250GBP back from QuickQuid, and a removal of the loan from my credit history. To be honest, I could probably have taken it onwards with the FOS and got a bit more, but I'm happy enough with what they've offered - I just wanted to cause them a bit of an admin headache and waste a bit of their time more than anything ;-):j DEBT-FREE AS OF 3/11/15 :T

Same here.
I have only asked for a statement of account and they are already mentioning final response and ombudsman. The only way I have found to get everything from PDUK is to download my bank statements online and sift through them; whilst waiting for an official response.....and wait....0 -

Seen a report on BBC website regarding The Money Sop and payday loan refunds. Dollar financial have only paid 25% back to customers who were Ripped Off!, Dollar says it will have all the compensation paid to customers by July 2016, Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you owed Dollar Financial money I bet they would not wait for months.0

A few days to respond to my initial request for the information, then 8 weeks when I asked them to put it through as a formal complaint.
I found the whole thing very easy and painless, which is part of the reason why I'm happy enough to just take the 250 and leave it.:j DEBT-FREE AS OF 3/11/15 :T
