Got a reply from MyJar on 14th Feb - the last loan company I used. I only borrowed once for £100 and the interest is only £20 but I thought I might as well email them since I'm well practised now. I've been told I should get a reply in 5 days (by Friday).
Interestingly, I forgot about them in the first place, because I was checking my credit report for all the searches from the loan companies. I never had a search from MyJar on my report, so didn't include them in my initial list of emails to send to companies. Either their credit check is not reporting on both the credit report companies I am using OR they never did a credit check. Lets see what happens.
Also, does anyone know how long it takes the FOS to reply to you after you upload your complaint with them? I uploaded a complaint about Lending Stream's final response last week but not had a reply or confirmation to my email yet.0 -
Hi justinsrival Fos are currently eleven days behind, they will get around to your complaint, theysay that today they are dealing with complaints from 4th Feb 2016.0

I sent my complaints to PDUK and Payday Express at the weekend. Waiting for an account statement from Wage Day Advance.
I have a question, if the loan has been sold on, do you go to the DCA or back to the lender? I have a feeling that is what Payday Express will say to me. Also, I still have an outstanding loan with Speedloan, which was done through Herbery Brown pawnbrokers. Are they still around? I think that's been sold to Motor Mile Finance, so I'm not sure who I'd go to for that.

All complaints start with the original lender, nothing to do with DCA. Check DebtCamel website posts regarding Speedloan, may have been mentioned there.0

You can find additional information on checks by contacting Callcredit which is one of the Credit Reporting Agencies we use.
-We also run various checks, which include but are not limited to, affordability assessment based on current financial commitments, as well as verifying any personal details provided on the application.
-After the application was submitted, we send our customers an email which contains the pre-contractual agreement and also contains a hyperlink that leads to an audio version for your convenience.
-Prior to making a lending decision, your loan application is reviewed and all of the information discussed above is analyzed and taken into consideration.
-Once that information is reviewed, we make a decision and subsequently contact the consumer to advise of the final credit decision.
After careful review of your account and the information you submitted at the time of your application, we have determined that we diligently followed our processes and conducted a credit and affordability assessment on each credit application that was granted. Furthermore, your request for a refund on the charges and fees associated with your loans has been denied.

Seems like a bog standard answer to me,have mailed back to ask if this is a final response,if not to have it passed to final resolution team.
Have stated the 8 week deadline too and my intention to then pass on to FOS if unsatisfactory or not dealt with within the 8 week period.

Thats the bog standard QQ cut and paste response, E-Mail them your complaint and tell them you will be contacting the FOS.0

Hi MARKOS72, A poster on DebtCamel has received 4K from QQ waited 12 weeks but it was worth it. I would be happy with that amount also regarding my complaint.0
