Hi jon8sher1, These are the delaying tactics used by PDUK, It takes less than 24hrs to provide customers with a statement of accounts. If you were applying for a payday loan with PDUK I bet they would process it straight away and not say we have not started processing loans from October 2015 yet.:(0

Just got a reply from Ladder Loans. I'm finally in the 8 week wait.
For anyone wanting to complain to them, the customer service email I have is:

Hi Delete33 I know all about the delaying tactics they are masters at them!! Just wanted to post the number I called in case it helps anyone who is having no joy by email as I was emailing them almost everyday with no response. They are a nightmare with acknowledging any email it seems. When I spoke to them on this number they backdated my complaint to when I first contacted them meaning I can go straight to the FO now and forwarded my account info the next day.
The 8 week deadline is up today for QQ too so will be contacting the FO tomorrow.0 -
Brill, I hope you are successful with your complaints, I do not really care how long these idiots take to respond as I will be claiming interest at 8%. The longer it takes the more interest accrued and it is good evidence for the FOS as they have been doing this for nearly two years. The FOS has warned these companies especially QQ and PDUK that they should respond in a reasonable timescale or face extra compensation costs for distress. This has not worked so far but if a lot more customers complain it will cost them dearly. Rant over.:mad:0

Have submitted my requests for all my account info from all PDLs I have previously borrowed from and WDA have replied saying they require a £10 fee to process this request. Cant believe after all the interest they have had out of me they are still asking for a fee to tell me how much they have made out of me.0

Hi Bear04, phone them up, you are only after a statement of accounts, this costs nothing.0

You don't need account info, just complain your loans were unaffordable, they are assuming you are making a subject access request, you don't need to do this, just send a written complaint.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Good Advice Sourcrates, Now the PDL are asking for Bank Statements and copies of credit reports, is this not another delaying tactic.0

All my info is now with the FO including a copy of my credit report and an indepth account of how everything spiralled etc.
They emailed this morning to say they would look into my complaint in detail and reply with two weeks if they can help.
Fingers crossed.
I only really know what I have read off this thread, if the FO rules in my favour do the PDL companies legally have to act upon what ever compensation etc they suggest?0
