    Please help
    Send quick quid the templates as shown on debt camel.
    They have denied my request for me to claim charges back.
    Despite at the time me being in a lot of debt and already in at least one debt with pounds to pocket.
    Please advise, is there any point me pursuing

    Hi debtfree2016x, QQ standard reply, escalate to the FOS explain in an E-Mail to QQ that you are going to do this. QQ may respond with an offer.

    That's the only additional text I got in my response complaint email than when I requested soa.

    Not even from their "Final Resolution Team".

    Worth replying to escalate or reply with FOS referral?

    Hi cmc_entertainment, QQ are just playing games, delaying and hoping people will give up complaining. Inform QQ you are not happy with their response and you are escalating your complaint to the FOS.

    Thank you for contacting QuickQuid. The contents of your email were duly noted. We apologise if there was any delay in responding to your complaint.

    Your query raised several questions on what loan affordability is based on and what statutory checks are processed before assessing credit approval. Please be advised of the following information in relation to your query:

    -We processed a credit check, the search id: {3CC33B91-3D12-48CB-9775-516F5401988D} confirms one of the affordability checks that were ran. You can find additional information on checks by contacting Callcredit which is one of the Credit Reporting Agencies we use.

    -We also run various checks, which include but are not limited to, affordability assessment based on current financial commitments, as well as verifying any personal details provided on the application.

    -After the application was submitted, we send our customers an email which contains the pre-contractual agreement and also contains a hyperlink that leads to an audio version for your convenience.

    -Prior to making a lending decision, your loan application is reviewed and all of the information discussed above is analyzed and taken into consideration.

    -Once that information is reviewed, we make a decision and subsequently contact the consumer to advise of the final credit decision.

    After careful review of your account and the information you submitted at the time of your application, we have determined that we diligently followed our processes and conducted a credit and affordability assessment on each credit application that was granted. Furthermore, your request for a refund on the charges and fees associated with your loans has been denied.

    Hi debtfree2016x, This is the standard cut and paste reply from QQ and Pounds to Pocket ( Cash euro Net ) as I said inform them you will be escalating your complaint to the FOS. QQ and PDUK are not paying out anything until the FOS have contacted them.

    Do I tell the FO the same as I told QQ
    That at the time of the loans I already had other pay days loans, had bank accounts closed and sent to debt collection etc
    Is there anything else I should include?

  • Hi guys- an update with my complaints.

    Complaint 4th Dec Lending stream - out right rejected been with the FO since then

    Complaint 27th Nov - 247moneybox - final response rejecting complaint last week, complaint lodged with FO today

    4th December - Paydayuk complaint made by telephone as no response by emails. Email from them last week to say that they have not being able to respond in 8 weeks so complaint to FO today.

    17th Dec - complaint with QQ lodged 8 weeks is up Thursday

    24th November complaint lodged with Wonga. Actually kept me updated throughout. 11 weeks was last Friday and I made the complaint with the FO today. I have received an email from wonga this evening offering to refund interest and charges totalling £1800. Over the moon with this as it will pay half my outstanding debt off.
