Apologies if this has already been asked somewhere in here but do you need to know the exact amounts of your loans to recieved any of the interest back?
I've logged into both my Quick quid account and Peachy accounts from years ago but there are no transaction histories? Can I still claim without them?
Thanks.0 -

You dont need to know exact amounts, you can still complain.
Just make a generic complaint about all the loans you have had with a lender, as part of the complaints process, they will check on the amounts you have borrowed, and provide you with a printout in their final response to you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. It has been covered on this thread and you can get the information from them. It's all been covered on this thread and it's worth having a read.0 -
Thanks to all on this thread, i have sent off emails to
Sunny (33 loans)
Mr Lender (13 loans)
MyJar (6)
Uncle Buck (7)
Hopefully i can have some success even £20 back per loan would go a long way to helping. Most of the 13 loans with Mr Lender were for the maximum of £1000.
I have used debtcamel for the email template.0 -
Debt Camel website has a Template, its easy and straight forward to complain.:cool:0

MyJar, UncleBuck and Mr Lender have all responded and acknowledged my complaint. Waiting for Sunny and Lending stream now, will keep people updated. I really hope i can have some success with this as i've had a torrid time in the past because of these payday loans.0

hello,
in 2011 aged 22i had just graduated from university, and was a single mother of one. struggling to manage my finances i got stuck in the cycle of Payday loan lending.
i borrowed from over 4 payday lenders all within the same period, small amounts of 80 up to larger amounts of 300. i was repaying the loan when paid but then having to lend more to account for repayment shortfall, this started a cycle of borrowing from the same lender to pay the previous loan off etc etc
i am now aged 29 and financially stable, working full time and have cleared the amounts owed in full. however a recent check shows 4 defaults on my account from said lenders. i have seen the recent info about the irresponsible lending issues had with payday loans and that they hadnt clearly checked affordability, how do i go about complaining, or requesting defaults removed if possible?
at present they have said its illegal for them to remove defaults is this true?
Thanks!0
