  • It is all so frustrating - my problem is my case has to go on hold now because the FOS are deciding what to do with any loans over the 6 yr period so it can't go to an ombudsman until that point. So another waiting game. Thanks everyone - just hoping that eventually the ombudsman will go with what the adjudicator says

Its been a pleasure MARKOS72, just one last question, did you find the outcome emotional or is it that I am a big softy, its such a long draining process after all.

Emotionally, mentally draining...esp when all the emails before I involved the FOS were 1 way.

debtfree2016x £1000 is tax free, not sure what is taxed, had never expected anything back?? I am in the same boat as you waiting for QQ to pay me, I think QQ will still play their silly games to the bitter end.
  • I assumed the refund of interest wouldn't be taxed but then the 8% you get back from every year would?!?hopefully we will find out soon enough
