Thats QQ for you, R Soles to the very end, even in defeat they are determined to wind you up. Shut it down QQ.
  • Hi, I've got a complaint going on with QQ and they are asking for bank statements and wage slips. Did everyone have to do this ? It's going to be a right pain with the wage slips !!
    Thanks :)

    Hi
Just bank statements should be fine if they show your wage going in. That's all they want them for is proof of income.
    Good luck!
  • That's great thank you :) its scary looking back - I've paid thousands in interest - so foolish but was totally sucked in and couldn't get out - was borrowing every month to pay back ! :(

Hi moley1507, Expect to go through hell and back with QQ and wait at least 8 to 12 months for an outcome, if QQ are still around in this time. They are one of the worst PDL to deal with and in my opinion should be closed down or at least suspended from lending .
  • yeah I'd read this - I've waited this long, I guess I can wait longer ! I've had loans between 2008 and 2016 just literally borrowing paying borrowing paying - so angry with myself when I look back !
  • Nearly 3 weeks after ombudsman ruled in my favour Wonga has requested my bank details and said it will take 3-5 days! Getting £2442 back!! I'm really chuffed. Never thought I'd ever be debt free so quick, but this thread has helped me get back money to be able to do so :)

QQ didn't respond to the adjudicator, so off to the Ombudsman. And adjudicator has ruled in my favour with PaydayUK. But what's the bet they don't respond either!! That's ok, the longer they take, the more I get :)

Same here Moley1507 :( It's shocking to realise how much you've borrowed and repaid.
I'm currently going through a complaint and my adjudicator has upheld 54 out of 60 loans I had with them so I'm hoping for a good outcome, good luck!
  • Welshie28 how long has it taken so far ? Is the adjudicator at the payday loan ? are they assigned to you ? sorry I'm clueless on this lol
