Hi Adams, expect a long process with QuickQuid.

It took 5 weeks for my case to be assigned to an adjudicator. The first email the adjudicator sent me had a rubbish offer from QuickQuid, i rejected. The adjudicator then sent his findings to QuickQuid in my favour. They didn't bother replying by the deadline, so he sent it to the Ombudsman, annoying but he has requested further compensation for stress and time plus its more money in interest. Just a waiting game now.

I'm now 2 weeks into the 4 weeks given by the ombudsman for QQ to contact and settle with me.

Nil contact from my Adjudicator this week, do not know what is happening with my claims against QQ and PDUK ????????????

My adjudicator has given QQ until 4th Aug to respond as he has upheld my compaint. Just checked today and all of my loans have been deleted as have my husbands who is also at the same stage with the FOS as I am. What is the likelihood of QQ agreeing with the adjudicator? Tia

QQ made an offer before the Adjudicator had looked into my complaint, QQ offered me £1004, however they have had £4000 in interest and charges from me since 2008 so I turned it down. Now back in the waiting game to see what happens. PDUK have just ignored my Adjudicator from the start so it has gone to a Ombudsman, again its a waiting game, into month 8 now, you have to be patient and not get frustrated.:cool:

Definitely a long game, i'm trying to get anything out of Money shop but got more info from a normal email than the SAR request they just replied to.They said as my (barring last one i defaulted on) previous loans over about 8 years regularly were repaid they didn't have to send information on them legally so i can't see what interest and fees i paid to put my claim together, is that correct?.Before i defaulted on £350 i'd repaid and taken that amount out again same day for atleast 7 months straight.I defaulted as i had cards and other pay day loans in high numbers, although they aren't rollovers can i argue that 7 months of re-borrowing same day as repayment is irresponsible lending considering my other debts.I've heard Dollar financial can be tough to take on.

Just go for it and put a complaint in, nothing to loose and you were borrowing straight away so this proves you were reliant on payday loans and not using them as a one of loan as they are designed for.:cool:

My loan history has disappeared too,fair few postings on debtcamel about it too.

What is the debt camel forum/site address? Maybe I'm being crazy but I can only see their advice not others views and experiences
