No PROBLEM, I called the fos to chase 4 complaints and she picked them all out of the queue there and then so there is flexibility.

Anyone who is starting this process. Please esculate to the FOS as soon as the 8 weeks is up if the company fails to respond, do not give them an more time when ask, you are only prolonging the process.
My compalint was esculated to the FOS back in April and I am still going through it all now

Agree with debtfree, expect nothing and expect the process to take 8 to 12 months and you will not be disapointed or frustrated. You may get a resolution earlier.:cool:

Sorry to jump on this thread but I have read it all and I am still confused

I had 11 payday loans with QQ over a 2 year period and I am now still paying one off via a debt agency, I am not sure if I have a case for a complaint

My head is muddled with all this and I am confused

Check this site out, read the top part it explains how to complain, 11 loans rolled over and you defaulted would suggest affordability and irresponsible lending against yourself.

it's always worth raising the complaint anyways.

QuickQuid are now deleting everyones history from their site for some reason??? I only logged in a couple of days ago and it was all there. Just had a look on the debtcamel site and several members said their history had gone so had a look and yes mine is gone, apart from the last loan...

I wonder what their game is then? It is QuickQuid after all.

Just wondering if its only people whos case is with the FOS.

Same thing has happened to me... Wonder if it might be anything to do with requesting the loans being removed from the credit file. If so it could be a good thing.

My case with QQ has been with the FOS for a couple of weeks and still waiting to be assigned to an adjudicator.
