Still waiting on QQ getting back to me,they should have the Ombudsmans findings by now.
Tempted to email them weekly until I get a response.
They only have 3 weeks left until I refer back to my adjudicatorQuis custodiet ipsos custodes?0 -
Its just a game to them, they want you to get frustrated and E-Mail them, just ignore them, its more money for you with the 8% interest paid up to whenever they pay out.:cool:0

QuickQuid had until today to reply to my adjudicators findings.
Obviously I was expecting an early morning prompt reply from them agreeing with all of his findings and depositing the refund into my account within their 10 minute process time they like to bang on about :rotfl:and then I woke up. More money for me the longer they take.
Just read a couple of updates on debtcamel... Both cases regarding lending stream that went to an Ombudsman and not agreeing with the adjudicator which is a bit worrying...
1st case - adjudicator agreed refunds on 3 loans plus 8% interest and £150 compensation - Ombudsman decided only 1 loan and no compensation.
2nd case - Adjudicator agreed refunds on 9 loans plus 8% interest. Ombudsman decided only 6 and as a compromise they dont have to pay the 8%.
Why should they be allowed to 'haggle'?0 -
Hi all,
Im still waiting here for Wonga to come back to me. They have until this Thursday before the 8 weeks is up and I really hope they can refund me back something decent. I am looking to buy a engagement and wedding ring for the mrs, (less than 2k).
if they delay even more I wont be happy.
Regards,
Gaz0 -
Takes months Gazz, Wonga will most likely ask for another 4 to 6 weeks to look at your complaint then offer a low sum or nothing.:cool:0

My complaint with payday express has been ongoing since December, still no final response. Waiting on it to be assigned to an adjudicator, i stupidly only passed it into the FO in June as Pde kept promising me a final response which never came. Customer service non existent, appalling complaints handling process. Can't believe it takes them 7 months to deal with a complaint, clearly a delaying tactic in the hope we'll forget all about, far from it, just makes me even more determined to get a refund from these vultures.0
