Same as Markos, adjudicator upheld my complaint, QQ didnt agree, went to ombudsman end of may, waiting to hear from them now

Letter from my adjudicator today.confirming my acceptance of their findings.
QQ have to contact me direct with regards to settlement and have 4 weeks to finalise and pay out.Whats the betting they take it right to the wire...

Returned from my Turkish Holiday today, PDUK have ignored my adjudicators decision, so its off to a Ombudsman who will back my Adjudicator and most likely add extra compensation for their total ignorance. QQ have surprisingly made an offer of £1.004, have not accepted this offer as I paid these predators £4.000 in charges and interest, will have to wait and see if QQ up their offer.

oddly enough, I have just come back from turkey - Marmaris.. glad you made it out

adjudicator finally gave her email decision given Wonga till the 26th to reply.

she award from the 2nd loan + £100 compensation for time and effort.

i'm pleased with this, although I do feel i got fed a yarn about payday loan checking team needing to review her decision before it got sent out.

QQ - not sure how my quickquid is going to go, adjudicator may say they were responsible as they were one of the first i took out.

myjar - adjudicator has said she agree's with my complaint and is upholding it. just need her to pull her finger out now give her final response.

in regards to pduk it seems they are all going this route with ignoring the FOS.

I really hope the FOS raises this with the FCA and they get hammered... for their total disregard.

Thanks debtfree and fusion , it is great to be back fighting these PDL Predators. For anyone just starting the process, be very patient and expect a 6 to 12 month time scale. Do not give in and Do not accept first offers if your not happy. Good Luck to all.

Well this is taking forever.
The adjudicator passed my complaint on to an ombudsman at the end of May. I had provided everything asked and now the ombudsman has asked me to fill out an income and outgoings form for the time of the loan, despite me sending a copy of my ibitial assessment of my dmp which i went in to during the pdl cycle!!!

Shock of all shocks! PDUK have just agreed with my adjudicator and are paying it all back! She said she just tried to call one last time before passing it over and they shocked her by answering!!

She has been utterly wonderful to deal with, a complete breath of fresh air. To anyone who is concerned about taking the complaint to fos - dont be. I have nothing but positive things to say about my adjudicator x

Just to cheer you up a bit- my adjudicator told me this is a common tactic from PDUK. They will probably wont let it go as far as the ombudsman, but will accept the adjudicator findings once they realise its being passed up... This is entirely selfish on their part, and the only reason they stop it before it gets to that stage is to prevent the results from being published on the ombudsman website.

So, its extremely likely that you will hear back in the next week or so with an apology for the delay, and acceptance of your adjudicator decision
