It'll be interesting to see how long it takes them to actually pay up- Has anyone got any experience with this? Once they accept the adjudicator decision- she asked for my bank details, but isnt sure whether it will be by cheque or bank transfer, and hasnt given a timescale.0

The Adjudicator makes it clear that 8% interest is added until the day the Predator pays out, so it is in their best interest to pay quickly.:cool:0

Same as everyone MARKOS. If you lend money out people have always got an excuse not to pay back on time. QQ and others should be charged daily for not paying as they would do this to you????????????????????:cool:0

welp it turns out quick quid were telling my adjudicator i had 3 loans and not 5 loans – even though there own website says 5..
it also shows they lent to me whilst in default with them… I put down their delay tactics quickly.
adjudicator likes me cause I make her job so easy, lots of evidence and proof to back up my complaints I feel silly for being so blind to poor borrowing but I am happy to see some reconciliation.0 -
We all need to keep going right to the end and not let the PDL fob us off with silly stupid offers. We have time on our side, keep going folks.:cool:0

Good afternoon all,
So here is a quick update.
CFO Lending offered me £40 as a goodwill gesture for harassment - needless to say this was referred to the FOS on the 22/6 and now awaiting adjudicator.
Lending Stream after a lot of emails sent back and forth offered me a £969 refund. I have declined this and referred to the FOS on the 4th July - now awaiting an adjudicator.
Still awaiting final responses from Payday Express and Wage day advance.
Payday UK have made no contact at all so I have referred to the FOS last week.
Today I called the FOS for an update who said my QuickQuid case had been allocated to an adjudicator last night. QuickQuid had originally offered me £150 as a goodwill gesture, however the adjudicator today said they had already received a further offer of £3441.58!!!! for loans from April 12 to June 13. She will look into the case over the next week or so and then be in contact with her views. I am thrilled that 150 has turned into this amount however I am going to hold out as I know since May '10 I had paid nearer to 10K in interest alone.
It is all taking time, but hopefully will be worth it in the end.0 -
