I sent back a very annoyed email saying I was staggered at her view point and I want an Ombudsman to look at it as I feel like she has not been subjective and doesn't fully appreciate the brevity of the complaint. She hasn't replied to my last email but does anyone know if a) I can put in a complaint about her and b) if she refuses to escalate my case to an Ombudsman (which I'm about 99.5% certain she will do) how I can go over her head?

If you disagree with an adjudicator, you can ask for a decision from an Ombudsman.
No, you can't put in a complaint about her because she doesn't agree with you.

Has anybody had any dealings with Toothfairy Finance in the past? I saw on the Debt Camel website that you should get in touch with the FOS straight away with them as they are administration.

Also, if you are referring more than one complaint to the FOS, should these be done separately or can you ask an adjudicator that is looking at one of your cases to look at the others too?

    Any advice is much appreciated.

    Thanks.
  • My boyfriend has had an overdraft for nearly 10 years and never been able to get himself out of it...its for about £1100 and he's paying £40 each month for the overdraft. I recently read that people are claiming back charges from banks...do you think this would work for my boyfriend? And how would we go about it?

    Thanks
  • Thanks markos that will stop me obsessing and checking my emails haha

    Hi everyone,

So QuickQuid have until the 25th July to respond to the adjudicator who ruled in my favour.
Whats likely to happen now? Will QuickQuid respond at all? I’m fully expecting this to go to the Ombudsman, just wondering about timescales. If they dont respond does it get automatically forwarded to the ombudsman, can QuickQuid ask for more time? They certainly like to drag things out, nearly 4 months now since original complaint.

As I've previously posted QQ rejected the adjudicators findings which then progressed to an ombudsman. He investigated fairly quickly(within 4 weeks) and agreed with the findings of the adjudicator-just waiting to see when its all finalised for me.
